Wildly Delicious Homemade Pizza Rolls

My kids love pizza! What kid doesn’t? I guess I’m a kid at heart too because I love pizza…maybe even more than they do. You know you may be overdoing it when your 12-year-old says, “Pizza…again Mom?” Okay, so maybe we have it a little too often. Takeout, frozen, homemade, at least I try and switch it up. When my husband said he was tired of the pies, I decided to see if there was something I could do with the only food that we could seem to agree on that would make it new and fun.

That’s when I came across these pizza rolls on The Pioneer Woman. They looked amazing! I grabbed all the food ingredients the next time we went grocery shopping and I made them the following weekend.

Everyone was in love…well maybe they just liked them. I was in love. They were so tasty and super simple to make. My pre-teen had a friend over and she gobbled them right up and asked to get the recipe to take home to her mom.

Now we have these as a quick snack or sometimes even dinner if I can’t find anything else to make. There are never any complaints of, “Pizza again?” anymore!
