You know why I love casseroles? Because they make so much food! Chances are, you are going to have leftovers so if you don’t feel like making a big meal the next day, then you are all set! Or perfect to pack for lunches! I also love casseroles because they are usually easy to make. Get your ingredients together, put them in a baking dish, pop in the oven and you are all set.
I also love the endless possibilities that you can make. Have a favorite food? I bet there is a casserole version of it somewhere! Which is fantastic! Let’s face, these casseroles save time!
I am always up for trying a new casserole. This sour cream noodle casserole is one that you must try! I swear I could have eaten the entire casserole by myself. Try it and you won’t be disappointed.
