Watch These Sweet And Sour Meatballs Do A Vanishing Act

Every holiday, Grandma always made us sweet and sour meatballs. They were the best thing on the buffet as far as I was concerned. I think everyone else thought so too. If you showed up too late and found yourself at the end of the line, you would be lucky to get one or two of these balls of deliciousness on your plate. Whenever I tried to recreate them, they were never the same.

Of course Grandma put extra love into hers so that’s probably what made them taste so good. When I found this recipe for sweet and sour meatballs on Spend with Pennies, I just had to try it. Would they taste like Grandma’s at all?

Much to my amazement, they were pretty darn close. I made them for a potluck at church and all the ladies came to steal the recipe from me. I was happy to hand it out because who doesn’t deserve a good meatball recipe in their stash?

I can see these being made time and time again in my kitchen, and that’s A-okay with me!
