Walk Away Baked Omelet Roll

Every weekend, I like to prepare omelets for my family. They are one thing that is fairly simply, can be done in one pan, and I can make them individually to each of my loved ones individual taste preference.

Some weekends though, we are really busy and I just don’t have the time to whip up individual omelets for everyone. That’s why I was so happy when I found this recipe for a baked omelet roll on All Recipes. It looked like the perfect solution to my time problem.

As long as it tasted good, we would be all set. The first time I made this, I followed the recipe exactly and served it with toast. Breakfast was on the table in about twenty minutes or so and everyone was satisfied.

Now that I have some practice in, I can make them a little quicker and I can customize them to fit whatever ingredients we have available. These always go over really well for sleepovers too when my kids have friends spend the night. It’s a great way to feed a group without a ton of work.
