When my husband and I first started dating, we were invited to a wedding of some mutual friends of ours. It was a little nerve-wracking, because I wasn’t sure if we had reached that level yet where we wanted to go to weddings together. I took the chance though, because he was an amazing man, and I didn’t want to mess up my opportunity. After he picked me up, it was like all the worries I had melted right away.
There was nothing for me to be nervous about. It was going to be a fabulous night. We started out by finding our seats and then they served dinner. It was a family style dining experience, which isn’t super common at the weddings I have been too, but man was it tasty.
They had these herbed creamy pork chops for everyone that were like something that I had never experienced before. The recipe was similar to this one from All Recipes.
My then boyfriend and I both really liked them, and couldn’t stop talking about how good they were as we dance the night away.
