The Hearty Soup My Mother Made Every Other Sunday

Whenever “healthy and flavor” come together in one dish, I always wanted to try it. I always say this, we need to take care of our bodies. We can do that by exercising and by eating the right kind of food. In my case, I can do the latter more. There are so many dishes you can find anywhere now that offers healthy versions of the usual rich food without sacrificing the flavor. One of these food is soup.

There are a lot of rich soups, but there are also a lot of lighter ones, healthier ones that taste really good it never feels like it’s made of healthy ingredients. This garden vegetable beef soup is a perfect example. I once tasted a creamier version of this.

While that’s extremely delicious, it was also quite extremely rich. It wasn’t really advisable to eat that kind of soup all the time. This beefy vegetable soup will allow you to enjoy the natural flavor of beef and at the same time the flavors of freshness brought about by the vegetables.

You wouldn’t mind eating this soup everyday for the rest of your life. And without the calories and the danger of too much richness in food!
