The Dreamy Chili All The Chefs Are Talking About

We all have that one friend who eats spicy food so much that there will come a time that he or she seems immune to even the spiciest things. One of my friends, Rob, always eats spicy things. When he was young, he lived in India for a few years because of his father’s job. He told me that most Indian food were spicy so he had gotten used to eating all kinds of spicy things.

There were times when we had to put more spiciness in some of our food because that’s how he preferred things. There are very few food that he eats if they’re not spicy and most of them are desserts. However, there is this one recipe that’s not spicy that Rob seems to love.

Evelyn calls it her white chili. She discovered the recipe while scouring the internet for new recipes and she found this. In fact, she shared the recipe to us all so we can always serve it to Rob whenever he comes for a sudden visit.

It’s the best compromise we can have with him. The chili is flavorful and has that tiny hint of spiciness, but it isn’t really spicy. But Rob loves it because of the flavors and that alone is a feat in itself.

I found a similar dish that I will be sharing to you in the next page. I hope you will like it as much as Rob does!
