If you are a northerner you are about to be quite surprised by the following chili recipe. You see, folks, this chili recipe originated in the Lonestar State. That’s right, it came from Texas. In Texas, they are quite serious about their chili. For one, don’t you EVER put tomatoes and/or beans in your chili and call it a Texas recipe. For Pete sakes, you may just get stampeded by 1000 cowboys.
