After-Sunday-Service Mennonite Country Casserole

I grew up in the Mennonite church and still attend to this day. We aren’t as conservative as some denominations are so no, I don’t drive a horse and buggy or wear a head covering, but I have friends who do 🙂 Anyway, this recipe originated within the Amish community and made it’s way over to us Mennonites. It’s delicious and very easy to make. You won’t ever attend a potluck at my church and not see this “after church” casserole on the table. It’s a staple. Plus, it’s the perfect potluck meal or meal for feeding company as it can easily be doubled or tripled or more to feed a crowd. Enjoy!

This easy dump and go casserole recipe is similar to ones popular in Amish kitchens. Amish After-Church Casserole is so simple to make, only requires six ingredients, and is absolutely delicious! With ground beef, spaghetti, vegetables, and cheese, this amazing Amish recipe is one the whole family will love.

Plus, it can be easily doubled if you’re feeding a crowd. Relax with this easy meal after church on Sunday or any night of the week! – Recipe Lion

Quick Tip: I’ve incorporated canned carrots into this recipe before and it turned out great.
