Slow Cooker Beef Brisket Smothered In Your Favorite BBQ Sauce

This BBQ brisket is one of my husband’s favorite meals. He says that the meat is super tender and juicy. You should have seen his face when I revealed to him that this brisket was cooked in the Crock Pot. Normally, my husband isn’t a fan of slow cooker meals and the thought of cooking an entire brisket in the Crock would have never sat well with him had he known beforehand. I didn’t tell him how I cooked the meat until AFTER he tried it.

He was super impressed at how the beef brisket turned out and asked me what kind of BBQ sauce I used. When I told him that I made my own he again did a double take. I think it is safe to say that I impressed him with this meal 🙂

Quick Tip: Drizzle a bit of the liquid that is left in the slow cooker on top of the cuts of meat. When you cut across the grain, it gives you a tender cut of meat.
