Sizzling And Sassy: Stuffed Pepper Casserole Straight Out The Oven!

This casserole is great! I love it because it is so easy to make and you don’t have to fuss with stuffing any peppers. All I do is put the veggies in the food processor and chop ’em all up finely. Super easy! My kids like this casserole better than traditional stuffed peppers because they don’t like how rubbery the green peppers bake up in the oven. I think I’d have to agree with them. Plus, this casserole is basically a complete meal in a pan.
