Roasted Pork Belly: Truly The Star Of The Show!

My brother has developed a belly that wobbles a little and I told him it was because of his love for roast pork belly.

At first, he was denying it. He told me that how could that happened when he wasn’t eating a lot of pork lately. Andy told me he really wasn’t. When he’s at home. Because he loved eating out at this hole-in-the-wall restaurant his colleagues had discovered and they were serving the most delicious crispy roast pork belly.

Andy had to find a recipe for that at home though because she said she didn’t want her husband eating out all the time just to sneak it a bite or two of the sinful recipe.

When Andy invited me for dinner last time, she served her crispy roast pork recipe along with rice and a special sauce she bought from the condiments section at the supermarket. We all enjoyed the dinner including my niece.

But every time my brother would eat another piece, I would point towards my own belly just to tease him. He only glared at me and continued to eat heartily. I had to laugh at him when Andy told me a few days later that he had gained another pound. Oh well, who could resist such good food?
