Regular Ol’ Meatloaf

Whenever my dad made meatloaf, it would come out like he was feeding the whole neighborhood. We always had so much to go around. The best was meatloaf sandwiches the next day. The second best was that it was such a simple recipe. He never tried to doctor it up or switch it into something that it isn’t…you guys know what I’m talking about. A meatloaf is a meatloaf.

It doesn’t need all the extra fancy ingredients that so many people try to toss in. The plainer, the better in my opinion. That’s what makes it so good. It’s traditional, simple, and easy to make.

Just like this recipe that I found on Group Recipes. You can’t ask for a better, or easier way to whip up this classic dish. This is exactly how we do it at my house and it always disappears quickly.
