A few days ago, a couple of my brothers-in-law visited the family.
One of them, the older one, was here for business, while the younger one came along to visit us. The brothers stayed with us for a week and my sons have never been happier. They got to play with their uncles while their parents were busy working. I couldn’t help but laugh whenever I heard the playful screams of my sons as they asked one of their uncles to do something. I was also very happy to see my husband reunite with his brothers for a week. I even pushed them to go out and have a brothers’ night off.
This cowboy casserole dish by Facebook was the perfect casserole dish for these brothers. They’re heavy eaters just like my husband. And this dish has all the rich ingredients on them that make this one suitable for the brothers’ appetites.
It’s still shocking to me to watch how they could devour an entire casserole so easily. And they even managed to eat a couple of slices of custard pie for dessert. It’s in the genes, guess, because they were never fat! A copy of this cowboy casserole dish can be found on the next page. Your family will enjoy this rich dish as much as my brothers-in-law did!

Quick Tip: You may use more or less of the 2 1/2 cups of tater tots, depending on the shape of your dish.
