Pizza dip is cheesy, pleasy, and very easy to make. I enjoy serving this at church potlucks and holiday gatherings for a fun appetizer. Tasty! The beauty of this recipe is you can personalize to fit your pizza loving needs. For example, I added more pepperoni to the dip and placed the little meaty discs on top of the dip before baking. I just thought it gave it a better look! I also used more mozzarella cheese than other yellow cheddars.

A versatile, easy dip that works great for game day! It’s good hot from the oven, but also okay to sit for a while…if it lasts that long!
Trust me, this pizza dip doe snot last long at all! It’s crazy good and everyone will be gathered around the bowl ready to take their next scoop of the dip!
8oz Philadelphia cream cheese softened
2-4T Daisy sour cream(just to help with consistency
2t dried McCormick Italian seasoning
1 cup pizza sauce(your own or jarred)
4oz Hormel pepperoni, chopped
1/2lb Jimmy Dean Italian sausage, browned
1/4 cup Italian blend or parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Kraft Mozzarella, shredded
1/2 cup Cheddar, shredded
various veggie “toppings”, chopped ie black and/or green olives, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms(though I don’t actually like these in this, as much as I love mushrooms), banana peppers, etc–about 1/2 cup of each addition, but I suggest limiting it to 4
corn chips or Pita chips for dipping
Mix cream cheese with sour cream, Italian cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Pour into deep dish pie plate(9in), which has been lightly sprayed
Pour pizza sauce over cream cheese mixture
top with meats and other “topping” ingredients
add rest of shredded cheeses to the top
Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes until cheese melted and warmed through
**this is easily doubled for a 9X13 dish–add about 5 minutes to baking time**
