We had a little bit of vacation time coming up, so we decided that we were going to load up the family and go visit some friends a few states away.
We got together to discuss the menu, just so that we could be sure to budget enough money for buying groceries and dining out. Of course, we were going to do both. My friend and I love to cook though too, so we usually prepare a few meals at home while we are there. Not to mention the fact that it’s so much cheaper to boot.
She had seen this recipe for crab cake sandwiches on Facebook and she knew the fellas were going to just love them. That was the plan for one of our lunches. I wish we had planned these for two meals. They were so tasty!
Doubling the recipe was necessary just because there were so many of us, but it wasn’t hard to do at all. We tossed some fries in the deep fryer while these were cooking and whipped up some coleslaw. Everyone was stuffed walking away from the table that day.
