This Cake Is Insane… Insanely Delicious!
So, my husband is not a big banana cake lover nor doe she like raisins.
He says those things are not dessert foods and I said, ‘Well, what about banana splits?” and he told me that those don’t count towards his argument. LOL! Anyway, I made him this cake to see if I could change his mind and guess what? I did not. he actually didn’t care for this cake but the kids and I loved it. We didn’t add any nuts but it still turned out great.
Bananas do such wonders to a cake when you’re looking for a seriously moist dessert. Applesauce does the same. Consider adding a 1/2 cup or so of applesauce to the cake for an even moister surprise!
