Ever since I’ve been a little girl I have loved making banana bread. This was a recipe that my mother taught me at a very young age. I’ve been making banana bread with success for years, but I wanted to try something different. That’s when this chocolate chip banana bread with Almond Breeze milk showed up in my life.
The first time I made this bread I knew I’d be making it again and again. It is flavorful, moist, and full of yummy miniature chocolate chips. I actually doubled the batch and made two loaves so that I’d have one to share with my amazing neighbor, Sally. You can do the same as this recipe is very easy to double.
