At the end of the school year, I always want to give my kid’s teachers some sort of gift to show them how much I appreciate all that they have done throughout the year. Standard is a candle or coffee tumbler, but those can get boring. I’m sure that they get tons of them from all the parents that are generous enough to give gifts. This year I wanted to do something that they would be able to appreciate, and something that would stand out.
That’s when I thought about cute little desserts and found these mason jar cheesecakes on The Country Chic Cottage. They looked so fun and very professional. I didn’t waste any time putting them together.
On the last day of school, I had each of my kids take a few into their teachers. They said they got huge compliments, and some of them didn’t even make it home, the teachers ate them right there at their desks. I guess that means that the present was a win!
