Sweet maple glazed carrots are where it’s at!
Every year during the holidays I always make sweet potato casserole. Now, don’t get me wrong, I love this stuff but it’s a pain to make. For example, last year, I placed the marshmallows on top of the casserole and set the oven to broil to give them that browned look. Well, this lady forgot about it and didn’t realize the casserole was on fire until I saw smoke pouring out of the oven. Ugh!
So, this year I decided to opt for a simpler dish and make these yummy maple glazed carrots. They were a hit! And, they didn’t start on fire LOL!
