Mama’s Creamy Home-Cooked Style Beef Stroganoff

I have a post about beef stroganoff before. I love beef stroganoff because it’s easy to make and it’s creamy and meaty. This time I am posting another because this just tastes different from that other recipe. This one was taught to me my my friend Mia and I couldn’t get enough of it ever since I got to taste it. Mia is my long-time friend whom I just visited a few days ago to catch up.

I love going to her house because she makes the best desserts and pasta dishes; and those are my favorites. Mia also always cooks these dishes whenever I visit her so yes, she’s probably one of my favorite friends. Mia’s home-cooked beef stroganoff uses larger pieces of beef.

It’s a recipe she got from her Mama, and I believe it’s the best one on the planet Earth! It uses wine in the sauce that just makes it creamier for some reason. I love the fact that even though there are larger pieces in there, the beef was really tender and moist, and just melted in the mouth when you take a bit of it.

I wasn’t able to ask Mia for the full recipe because we were too busy catching up with each other’s lives. However, I was able to find a similar one that will also blow your minds away.
