Sometimes I feel like I’m the worst mom in the whole world. I try to get my kids up early, make them breakfast, pack them a very nice lunch in a pretty lunchbox, make sure their socks match and they’ve brushed their hair. But let’s face it – I’m only human, and sometimes the mornings don’t exactly go as planned. Which is why I’ve come up with a library of super fast lunch recipes that I can whip up when there literally is. No. Time.
This recipe has become such a lifesaver in our household! My kids have started to call these “The Turbo Rollups” and I bet that’s what it looks like when I’m making them in the morning rush!
It takes no time at all to put these together, and the ingredients are very inexpensive. The kids are crazy about these (I’ve received zero complaints, which is a miracle, since I’ve been making these practically every other day).
But it’s not just the kids who like these ham and cheese rollups. I very much enjoy these myself, too, and I swear my husband could eat these every day for the rest of his life, and be quite happy about it.
