Liven Up Your Enchiladas With Zesty Ranch Seasoning. Yummo!

I love when we have enchiladas. I mean, they are some of the easiest dishes to put together and make a ton. When I make enchiladas, I usually double the recipe and then make one in my normal glass Pyrex and another in a tin lasagna pan. I bake the Pyrex and take the tin pan and cover it in aluminum foil and then freeze it for a future occasion. This is a great idea for anyone who usually has busy weekdays and no time for cooking!

Like this, I am able to prepare for unexpected visitors, or lazy nights when I do not want to cook, or busy nights where I have no idea what to cook.  These enchiladas have always come to the rescue! Well, since I know these are always a life saver for me, I am often looking for new ways to prepare them.

I do not want to bore my family with the same old recipes, so I spend a lot of time on Pinterest planning and preparing new dishes.  It takes time, but I absolutely love coming up with new recipes for my family that are so loved, I am able to share with you all here.  One of our newest popular dishes is this Slow Cooker Chicken Ranch Enchiladas.
