Today is a great day for a chocolate cake, isn’t it?
I just love to enjoy a piece of warm chocolate cake on a rainy day. A treat like that just makes you feel happy and relaxed. A cup of coffee and some cake always helps me forget about any stress I’m dealing with. This chocolate cake is delicious. It’s one of my favorites – and I’ve tried man! I love chocolate desserts, and cakes are at the top of my list.
My grandmother used to bake a cake like this one, except she always added cherries. Feel free to do that, if you’d like! I’m not that big a fan of cherries, so I like this recipe as it is.
If you want to bake a very delicious chocolate cake then I would recommend this recipe. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or just a dust of powdered sugar on top. You won’t be disappointed!
