Lazy Sunday Simple Stew

That last thing that I want to do on a Sunday afternoon is spend hours in the kitchen preparing a meal. The problem with that is, Sunday is just about the only day of the week that my whole family is home and can actually sit down to a nice meal. Usually, everyone is running off in different directions at various times throughout the night. This leaves little time for the dinner conversations I once enjoyed so much when my kids were little.

Now that I have found this recipe on The Pioneer Woman however, I am happy to say that those conversations have returned once more. We all like to take a big helping of this beef stew because it’s so good!

We don’t have to scarf it down so we enjoy spending time talking about the current happenings in each other’s lives. If it takes this beef stew to make that I happen, I’m happy to make it every Sunday!
