It was very hard to just eat one serving of this delicious beef stroganoff. The sauce is so rich and creamy! I love the addition of sour cream as I truly believe that this ingredient is what makes this recipe come alive. It gives the beef and noodles a real tangy zip that you can’t help but smile about. I prefer to use Daisy sour cream because there aren’t any funky things in the ingredients. Nobody likes products laden with fillers!
