Have The Ladies Over For Lunch And Make These BLT Wraps

Since getting my hands on this recipe, I have made them several times for me and my hubby. He loves bacon so of course these are one of his favorites. I have also made them for our church luncheons when I’ve signed up to bring a dish to pass. I just double the recipe and cut them into pinwheel sized sandwiches. Everyone always raves about how tasty they are. I never have anything to take home with me because they get gobbled right up! Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Group Recipes:

“Love Wraps, and who wouldn’t love a BLT These are really good.”

You can feel a little less guilty about eating that BLT because you aren’t getting all the bread carbs…works for me!

Ingredients

1 pound thick Hormel sliced bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces

4 (12 inch) Azteca flour tortillas

1 cup Kraft shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded

1 tomato, diced

Instructions

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat

until evenly brown. Drain, and set aside.

Place 1 tortilla on a microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle tortilla with

1/4 cup cheese. Cook in microwave 1 to 2 minutes, or until cheese is

melted. Immediately top with 1/4 of the bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Fold sides of tortilla over, then roll up.

Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Cut each wrap in half before serving.
