Italian Sausage Soup With Red Bean’s And Rice

The other day I was outside pruning my rose bushes when Sally, my neighbor, came running over. She had another awesome recipe to tell me about. That’s the thing about good old Sally, if she eats something amazing, she’ll tell me about it so I can make it. So many of my most fabulous recipes have come from Sally.

She’s a real peach! Anyway, Sally told me she went out to eat at an Italian restaurant the other day and on the menu was something called “Mobster Soup.” Now, in the past, if I would have seen such a thing listed as this, I’d probably pass on it. I mean, it sounds kind of rough. LOL

However, there is nothing rough about this soup at all. Instead of a John Gotti feel it has more of aFrank Sinatra mantra. It’s super easy to make and it tastes like an absolute dream come true!
