Homemade Pineapple-Mango Sorbet – Churnin’ Up Some Serious Snackage!

Are you looking for a dessert that will help you deal with the hotness of summer? Then this recipe is perfect for you. This is both cold and refreshing, two things that you always crave for during summers.

Even if it isn’t really summer, I still enjoy this icy delight! I know you’ll love this easy-to-make recipe. Enjoy this yumminess! I am one of those who eats a lot of hot food during summers and a lot of cold food during winter. It’s not just a habit. I just find myself craving for soup whenever it’s a hot summer night or craving for something ice cold whenever it’s winter. It’s probably one of my oddities.

 

Ingredients

2 cups packed cubed mango

2 cups packed cubed Dole fresh pineapple

1 cup Domino sugar

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

 

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.

Churn mixture in an ice cream maker, according to manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer sorbet to airtight container and freeze for about 5 hours, or until firm.

Let the sorbet soften slightly before scooping.
