This Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette Would Make Even Grass And Pebbles Taste Awesome!

I feel a little stupid for not thinking of making my own balsamic vinaigrette, before! I just settled for the store-bought versions, even though most of them were a little bitter to my taste.

But not anymore! This amazing recipe from Rockin Robin Cooks is going to help me stay on track with my healthy eating, by making all my salad recipes taste even more delicious. This homemade balsamic vinaigrette is so full of flavor that you only need a little drizzle. Although sometimes I feel like I could just eat this with a spoon!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Bertolli olive oil

1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette

1 tsp. honey

1 tsp. dijon mustard

1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

1/4 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the olive oil. Whisk until well blended. Then drizzle in the olive oil slowly while whisking.

The dressing will thicken up.

Store in a mason jar for up to 1 and 1/2 weeks on the counter.
