Hey, everyone! How is your last leg of summer going? I cannot believe we are approaching mid-August, can you? Pretty soon the leaves will begin changing colors and the air will grow crisp. When you see those streetlights coming on earlier you will know that fall is coming. That’s fine by me as fall is my favorite season. I love to make hot and hearty casseroles during this time of year to keep my family warm and fed.
This ground beef casserole with corn and biscuits is a wonderful recipe that will ring in the fall season nicely. I plan to make this casserole tonight for supper as a sort of test run for fall cooking in just a few short weeks. Enjoy!
