Fill-Your-Plate Mustard-Glazed Chicken Breasts

Joyce is one of those friends who has so many admirers but doesn’t notice them. She grew up in a family that’s so conservative. Her mom didn’t allow her to date until she was out of college. It was the same with her dad. We used to work together before. And I remember that time when we were asked by our boss to fly to different states for the projects assigned to us.

Joyce didn’t want to because her parents didn’t want her to fly alone. I mean I grew up with the same type of family, but independence was pretty much practiced. Poor Joyce.

So she was spoiled by her parents. Spoiled to the point that she didn’t know how to cook anything other than microwaved food. So when she finally fell in love and wanted to host dinner in her home, she asked for our help.

One of us sent her this recipe about mustard-glazed chicken breasts. We decided she’d better start with something simple or her kitchen might blew up. The steps were pretty easy to follow and she wouldn’t have a hard time with them.

It was pretty successful because the guy became her boyfriend. Since then, she always tried to coax easy recipes from us. Well, Joyce, I have a list.
