Feeling Fine Pork Marsala

My husband and I were getting ready to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We thought about doing a big celebration with all of our friends and family, but after considering all the stress and planning that would involve, we decided to just keep it simple and do something at home. I still wanted to make it special, so I knew I had to come up with a nice dinner.

I found this recipe on All Recipes and thought it sounded just right. It was simple, went together quickly, and there weren’t a ton of expensive ingredients needed to have a fine meal. I gave this to my husband on our day and he thought I had ordered in.

When I told him I made it, he was even more impressed. We both really enjoyed these, and our quiet night together. Maybe for our 30th anniversary we will plan something special with everyone. But for this year, this was the perfect night.
