When it comes to yummy weeknight casseroles that are easy to fix, I’m all in.
The other day I was searching through my recipe box as to put together my monthly meal plan and I came across this old and tattered recipe card that said “King Ranch Casserole” on it. There appeared to be some sort of oil stain over the top of the instructions so I couldn’t really make out what they said but what I could see showed something like chicken and cheese. Yum. So, I set out on an internet search to find a suitable King Ranch casserole recipe.
I was in a bit of a hurry so I chose the first recipe that I came across for King Ranch casserole and this is the one that i found. I’m very glad that i found this lovely recipe as it is quite delicious.
The casserole comes out tasting just as I remembered it. The meat was tender and juicy, the cheese was cheesy, and it filled my family up after a long day of work and school. I’d say that King Ranch casserole is a winner!
