Feed A Crowd Rich And Creamy Fettuccine

“Dinner at our house next week!” is what I shouted to our friends as we separated following our son’s basketball game. Each week we tried to get together after the final buzzer to spend some time outside of the gym. Well, it sounded like a good idea to serve a meal at our house, until our daughter got sick, I had to work overtime, and my husband got called away last minute the night before.

Now it was just hours before our guests were going to arrive and I had nothing to feed them. That’s when I found this recipe on The Pioneer Woman. It looked easy enough and it claimed to feed a large group.

That’s exactly what I needed. Easy and filling, yet it looks like I spent a lot of time cooking. It was a success!

This fettuccine alfredo cooked up super quick and was ready to go by the time our friends got to our house. The pan was wiped clean and we all were stuffed. This recipe will be staying close by for future dinner parties for sure!
