Excuse Me, Bruh? Did You Say, “Burrito Bake”?

My neighbor Anne and I LOVE to go to Chipotle.

We will load up in the car, bringing her kids along with us and go out shopping to T.J. Maxx or Marshall’s and give it a go until we’re either out of spending money or totally tired.  After we have reached that point we start to debate over where we are going to eat.  It is a common discussion with us because I always want pizza and she always wants subs.  It becomes quite the hassle but we have found our middle ground.

The one place we can both agree on is Chipotle.  We both love the bit of kick in the rice and dunking our tortilla chips in a big bowl of salsa.  Yummy!  The one thing we both order when we go is their burritos.  They are simply loaded with all the good stuff!

Rice, beans, meat, veggies, you name it!  It is all in there. We love to bond over that and are thrilled that we have found a place we both enjoy and the food really is fun for us both.  After that, my chef of a friend Anne decided to take all those same ingredients and turn them into a casserole.  We did it, and well, let’s just say we don’t go to Chipotle that often anymore…
