Enjoy A Snazzy Single-Serve Cheeseburger Salad In A Jar!

Whoever thought of the idea to place cheeseburgers and salads into a jar is a genius. This is seriously one of the best lunches I’ve ever made myself! Think about it, you got your burger, cheese, lettuce, and a borage of yummy dressings to totally satisfy your cravings. Everything’s in the jar but the bun, which is just fine by me 🙂 This cheeseburger salad is truly amazing and tastes like a dream!

If you are ready to enter into the realm of cheeseburger paradise then get a Mason jar and make this salad 🙂

 

Ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef

1/2 cup Heinz ketchup

2 tablespoons French’s yellow mustard

1/2 cup Russian dressing

2 (26-ounce) mason jars

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

1/4 cup coarsely chopped pickle chips, drained on paper towels

2 tablespoons chopped red onion

1 cup shredded Kraft cheddar cheese

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

Instructions

In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef 5 to 7 minutes, or until no longer pink; drain. Stir in ketchup and mustard; let cool.

Divide Russian dressing evenly between jars. Layer evenly with tomatoes, pickles, onion, cheese, beef mixture, and lettuce. Place lids on jars and refrigerate until ready to serve.
