Is there really anything better than the aroma of fresh rolls baking in the oven? I swear this scent beats any candle you could ever buy.

I love yeast rolls and I learned how to make them from a school lunch lady of all people! Yep! My kids attended a private Christian school at one point and each of us parents had special days we needed to help out in the kitchen. I always loved the lunch lady’s bread and rolls so she taught me how to make them. I will forever be grateful.

It took me about a year to perfect the recipe as I had trouble with my bread and rolls coming out weighing about 5 pounds but I soon realized I was using way to much flour lol! Don’t judge, I was a young, newly married, twenty-something. I am super excited to be able to share this tasty recipe with you. You’ll be excited as to how easy these rolls are to make.
