Creamy, Dreamy Pitch Perfect Pumpkin Spice Cake – It’s To Die For!

What’s better than a pumpkin cake? A pumpkin SPICE cake! You will absolutely fall in love with the texture and taste of this fall-inspired cake. It’s moist, it’s decadent, and it has a frosting that can’t be beat. I made this the other day in my humble kitchen, okay? Well, my window must have been open because Sally can trotting on over and said, “Whatchu got cookin’ over there?” LOL, I adore Sally and her crazy antics.

For those of you who do not know who Sally is, she is my fun-loving, eccentric neighbor lady and she’s always helping me find amazing recipes to share with you guys. Sally is the best. Oh, and she loved this pumpkin spice cake recipe and wants you guys to know that you all need to make it for the holidays.

    This looks and sounds so delicious. It reminds me of an unbelievable pumpkin “bread” cake we used to buy in or near Julian, California, in San Diego County. They called it pumpkin bread with ginger frosting. Naturally, out of habit and nostalgia, I would automatically substitute ginger for the cinnamon in the icing. Otherwise, this sounds really good and I look forward to trying it.
