Country Kitchen Banana Cream Pudding Dessert – It’s A Comforting Classic!

Banana pudding was a common dessert at home back when I was a child. Bananas were, still are, one of those types of fruits that don’t really go out of season. So when we were kids, we often have a surplus of bananas in the kitchen, which was why we often found ourselves eating desserts made from the said fruit. You wouldn’t hear any complaints from me and my brother though. Banana was also the type of fruit that you wouldn’t get tired of even if you kept eating it every day. There’s just something refreshing about its sweet taste that would make you continue eating it.

It was one of the few fruits my niece loved. She loved bananas so much that she would eat them even without anything. She would eat them as is, yes, even if they are not part of a dessert! It’s also the reason why Andy rewards her sometimes.

Since she loves eating bananas, Andy makes her banana desserts or snacks. My niece loves banana fritters, banana yogurt, and even banana ice cream. The latest one was banana pudding. Andy got the recipe from a website called Southern Bite.

It’s the usual banana pudding, but with a twist that will make you love it more. The recipe is shared on the next page and I hope you will love it as much as I did!
