Country Blueberry Patch Cheesecake Straight Outta Grandma’s Kitchen

This Was Always Nana’s Favorite Dessert – And Mine, Too!

Nothing beats desserts made with fresh seasonal fruits. I recently visited a pick-your-own blueberry patch at a quaint little farm in Western Pennsylvania. A wonderful Amish family owned the farm. What a joyful experience it was to harvest my own blueberries and then take them home and make something sweet. They were some of the plumpest berries I’d ever seen!

You are probably wondering what I made with the berries, aren’t you? Well, I’ll cut to the chase and tell you. I made a tongue-tempting cheesecake!

The following recipe on the next page is a rich, creamy cheesecake bursting with fresh blueberries. Heaven on a plate!

Quick Tip: If you don’t have a springform pan you make this in a regular pie tin or a rectangular baking dish.
