I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, “I’m not a fan of pork chops.” So, a recipe for chops has to be supremely good for me to actually get excited about it and want to share the recipe with all of you. Folks, that’s this recipe. These slow cooker pork chops in bacon sauce are fork tender, juicy, and simply amazing. The bacon in this recipe gives these chops an additional boost of smokey flavor and I absolutely love it.
I’m tellin’ ya, you are going to fall in love with these slow cooker pork chops. They aren’t tough or hard to chew in the least. Seriously, I cannot get enough chops!
The fact that these pork chops are smothered in bacon and a bacon grease sauce is almost to much for my heart to handle…literally LOL I’m just teasing, these are prime examples of what a GOOD fat is and whene aten in moderation can actually be healthy for you. So, eat up!
