Cheese, Garlic And Butter Are Potatoes’ Best Friends

I have mentioned my love for potatoes before, right? Yeah, I think I have. Before I bore you with the details as to why they are my favorites and how I love to prepare them, let me just tell you this: if you ever invite me over to eat, make sure there are some form of potatoes and I will love you forever! They are what make the dinner so delicious and absolutely worth it.  I do not care to waste all my daily calories on some good potato recipe.

I mean, I do it all the time already, so why not keep going. Well, I love baked potatoes when they are fully loaded with chives, sour cream, cheese, butter and bacon.  I also love when the skin is crusted with that thick salt.

Oh gosh, that to me is the most elegant and delicious way to serve a potato.  I also love making homemade whipped potatoes.  I just boil the potatoes and add them in my Kitchen aid with my favorite toppings and let it whip away, skin and all.

YUM! Now, my new favorite way of enjoying potatoes is like this.  Take little golden potatoes and put them in a cast iron skillet and let them cook away.
