Don’t you just love hassle-free breakfast casseroles? Well, I certainly do – and that’s why I decided to share my favorite one with you. I especially enjoy casseroles that I can prepare the night before and just throw in the oven in the morning. We all know what those mornings can be like when you’re a working mom, trying to get your kids to school and yourself to work without too much of a disaster!
But this breakfast casserole isn’t just a lifesaver for us busy moms. This is one of the easiest and tastiest breakfast dishes I’ve tried, and it’s also incredibly versatile. It’s great for those days when you have some leftover chicken and you don’t know what to do with it. And it’s awesome if you have overnight guests – you don’t have to get up early to prepare breakfast!
What I love most about this recipe is that you can tweak it to fit your taste (or your picky eaters’). Add veggies, or some of your favorite spices. Choose different cheese or use Italian breakfast sausage for new flavors. Whatever you decide to add, it will turn out incredibly tasty!
