Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies: Just Like Grandma Used To Make!

Road trips are relaxing to me. It just feels nice to just pack a few clothes one weekend and drive until I reach certain places. I do that alone sometimes, but I love doing it most with either my boyfriend or with my friends. Usually, during these road trips, we pack our essentials. Essentials usually mean water, food, and clothes. We didn’t want to make a lot of stopovers so we usually brought everything with us.

Recently, we had this impromptu road trip. My contribution was these delicious chewy cookies which recipe I found over at Two Peas And Their Pod. It’s butterscotch and oatmeal in one heavenly cookie. My first batch didn’t actually taste chewy. They were quite hard and I had to throw the batch because they really couldn’t be eaten without someone’s tooth breaking.

The second batch was a whole lot better though. The cookies weren’t as perfect as how I should have wanted them, but my friends still enjoyed them during the whole drive. I guess that’s a success! I am sharing with you this recipe in the next page. I hope you will love making and eating them!
