Hey there, everybody! So, today we are going to make some of the best pork chops you’ve ever gnawed on. I am not a huge fan of pork in any fashion…except bacon. There will always be an exception for bacon. Anyway, these pork chops are super juicy and tender and I am seriously loving them. Plus, you get to pair the chops with yummy turkey gravy. No, you don’t need to make a turkey – just grab yourself a jar at the store.

Normally, I like to make my own gravy but when I’m busy and pressed for time I’ll humble my pride and go the store-bought route. It’s perfectly fine, you know, so don’t feel bad if you find yourself in the same situation. Besides, these chops are so yummy, you won’t notice where the gravy came from!
