There’s Always Time For Breakfast When You’re Making These

The first time I went camping with my family, I was put in charge of the food. I am by nature the most organized person of us (ask anyone), so they wanted to make sure that nothing was forgotten. As I was planning out our menu for the three nights and two days we were going to be gone, I had to come up with two breakfast ideas.

These burritos turned great for breakfast! The fillings can be wrapped up in a nice tortilla so we don’t need a lot of dishes, and there really is only one or two pans necessary, depending on how you make the eggs. I added all the ingredients to the shopping list and they were a huge success.

So big in fact, everyone wanted them again the second day. After a quick trip to the grocery store, we were having the new favorite breakfast item for a second day in a row.

This is a staple food item every time we go camping now. Sometimes I even make them at home just because. They are really good no matter where you eat them or at what time!
